What is the delivery time for my online order via courier?
Most orders are shipped within 2-5 working days from the receipt of the order for destinations within Italy, and up to 7 working days for destinations in other CE countries.
Occasionally, an item may be on hold due to unavailability in the warehouse; in such cases, the user will receive an email notification with an estimated shipping date

Is your customer service operational?
Intimidea’s customer service responds from the central office from Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 18:00. Contact us at +39 0376 788901 or at info@intimidea.com
Customer care will not be operational during national holidays and during the company holidays in August and December.
