Shipping and returns
SHIPPING
The website www.intimidea.com offers free shipping for all orders over €49.90. For orders under €49.90, the shipping fee is €4.90. Shipments are made both within Italy and to EU countries.
Shipping times
Most orders for destinations within Italy are prepared and shipped within 2-5 working days from the receipt of the order. For destinations in other EU countries, shipping times may extend up to 7 working days.
Once the package is shipped from our warehouses, you will receive an SMS from the courier with the tracking code for the shipment.
Couriers and delivery times
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination area:
- For Italian destinations, delivery times are usually 1-3 working days.
- Islands and remote areas may take up to 72 hours.
The choice of courier is at the sender's sole discretion.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
It is recommended to keep all original packaging materials, boxes, and documentation in case the items need to be returned. Returned items without the packaging materials will not be accepted. Upon receipt of the goods, it is necessary to check that the shipment is correct. In case of discrepancies from the order upon delivery, you should note the nature of the discrepancy (e.g., opened packaging, damaged items, etc.) by hand on the delivery slip and sign it. If the product does not comply with the order and the customer is not satisfied, the product can be returned, requesting a replacement or a refund in accordance with the following terms and conditions.
Returns
The customer is entitled to return a product ordered through the website within 10 (ten) working days of receiving the order. The items to be returned must be unused, intact, and in the original packaging, and sent to the following address:

Returns will NOT be accepted, and it will NOT be possible to refund or replace items if the returned products are opened, used, or not in their original packaging. Any products that emit the smell of smoke, perfume, lotion, or detergent will not be eligible for refunds or replacements. The items to be returned must be sent using the intact original packaging or other sufficiently thick and resistant packaging (NOT an envelope). In case of non-compliance, Intimidea S.r.l. reserves the right to withhold an amount corresponding to the damage caused to the product or packaging. Intimidea S.r.l. reserves the sole discretion to determine whether the returned products are in their original condition. Intimidea S.r.l. will not be held responsible for loss, incorrect address, or delayed delivery of returned items. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Refunds
If a refund is requested, all reasonable commercial efforts will be made to ensure that any authorized refund is made within 10 (ten) working days of receiving the returned items. In this case, a full refund of the original purchase price of the items will be guaranteed, except for the return shipping costs. Intimidea S.r.l. reserves the right to receive the goods and verify their integrity. If the customer requests a return authorization for a refund under false pretenses, the company reserves all rights to deny such a refund.
The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen on our site at the time of purchase, except for orders shipped outside of Italy, which will be refunded by bank transfer.
Exchanges
Products returned in their ORIGINAL PACKAGING can be exchanged for products of equal value within 10 (ten) working days of receiving the returned goods. Used or damaged products cannot be exchanged. In the case of sizing or color errors, the product will be exchanged, provided it is returned in a timely manner (see "Returns" above), in new condition, and in its original packaging. Requests for exchanges for items of different value cannot be made; in such cases, a return with a refund must be processed, followed by a new order.
Procedure for requesting returns and exchanges. Here are the procedures for requesting exchanges or returns for ordered items:
A. REQUEST FOR EXCHANGE WITH AN ITEM OF EQUAL VALUE / REQUEST FOR ITEM RETURN
A.1 - Filling out the request
The right to withdraw is exercised by sending a WRITTEN REQUEST within 10 working days of receiving the order, containing the following information:
Customer data:

SURNAME
EMAIL
PHONE NUMBER
Order details:
- ORDER NUMBER
- PURCHASE DATE
- PURCHASED PRODUCT(S)
Request type:
( ) EXCHANGE WITH ITEM OF EQUAL VALUE (indicating the requested code, size, and color)
( ) RETURN ITEM (indicating, if possible, the reason for the request, e.g., anomalies, return for exchange with a different item, etc.)
In the case of a refund request for an item return, you must also provide bank account details:
- Account holder
- Account holder's address
- Account holder's postal code
- Account holder's city
- IBAN

A.2 - Product shipping methods
Products intended for return or exchange must be sent within ten working days from the date they were received, with the phrase "ORDER RETURN" written on the package, and a copy of the completed written request must be included inside.
Packages may be shipped using any carrier/courier the customer deems appropriate (for example, Italian Post, usually the cheapest). The date of the post office or courier acceptance will serve as proof. Packages sent with cash on delivery or carriage forward will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Intimidea S.r.l. reserves the right to verify the integrity of the goods and, if necessary, withhold an amount corresponding to the damage caused to the product or packaging. The only cost the customer will bear is the shipping cost of the item itself.
- In the case of an EXCHANGE FOR AN ITEM OF EQUAL VALUE, the replacement item will be sent at the expense of Intimidea S.r.l.
- In the case of a RETURN, the customer will be refunded the purchase value of the items, excluding shipping costs.
A.3 - Refund procedure
Once the goods are received and their integrity verified, Intimidea S.r.l. will process the refund within 10 (ten) working days from the receipt of the goods. The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen on our website, except for orders shipped outside Italy, which will be refunded via bank transfer.
B. REQUEST FOR EXCHANGE WITH AN ITEM OF DIFFERENT VALUE
In the case of an exchange request for items of different value, the customer must proceed with an ITEM RETURN using the methods outlined above, i.e.:
- Filling out a return request form (including bank details for the refund).
- Sending the intact product to Intimidea S.r.l. (see product shipping methods).
The customer will bear the return shipping cost, and subsequently (see refund procedure), they will be refunded the purchase value of the items, excluding shipping costs.
The customer can then place a NEW ORDER for the desired item on the website www.intimidea.com, using the usual shipping methods.

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206 of 2005, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded on the Internet without any penalty and without the need to provide any explanation, in compliance with the conditions mentioned above in Point 1. Right of withdrawal information.
